I’m Megan, a Registered Psychotherapist with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology. I provide evidence-based psychotherapy for individuals and couples, with particular interests in trauma and PTSD, anxiety, relationships and attachment, grief and loss, and the challenges that can accompany major life transitions.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I draw from EMDR, parts work, CBT, ACT, DBT, attachment-focused and other evidence-based approaches, tailoring therapy to each person’s experiences, strengths, needs, and goals.
Above all, I believe meaningful therapy begins with feeling safe, heard, and understood. You don’t need to arrive with all the answers—or even with hope. Sometimes hope is something we build together.
